Shipping & pickup

Australian delivery

Orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post Express Post with Signature on Delivery. Shipping is included in the item price: the product page and checkout show the Express Post value for your items crossed out and marked included, and you pay only for the items, however many you order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates depend on the destination.

Melbourne pickup

Pickup is by appointment. We confirm the time and location with you after the order.

Bank transfer

Your item is initially reserved for 48 hours. We confirm actual payment before dispatch. If your bank delays the transfer, contact us with your order number.

Overseas enquiries

International orders begin with a shipping enquiry. Availability, delivery costs and the complete quote are confirmed before payment.

Delivery issues

Contact Sean if your parcel is missing or arrives damaged. We will review the issue and coordinate with the carrier. Your consumer rights are not dependent on buying optional Extra Cover.
